Your Tech, My Problem
Tech support for small business owners who are done doing it all themselves.
No new platforms. No tutorials. Just tech that works.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You didn't start your business to become a part-time IT department.
But here you are: scrolling YouTube tutorials at 11pm, wondering if one more platform switch will fix it, and pushing "sort the tech" to next month's list for the fourth time in a row.
You're running your business solo. The tech is eating your time, your energy and your evenings. And you're over it.
I'm Leila. Tech support for small business owners is what I do: I fix what's broken so you can get back to the work that actually makes you money.
It's not that you can't do it. It's that you shouldn't have to. You've got clients to serve, ideas to build on, and a business that deserves your full attention.
That's exactly what Your Tech, My Problem is for. You tell me what's broken, what's manual, or what's driving you mad, and I sort it.

Leila is my first port of call when something isn't working right. I can text her with tech queries and know I'll get a quick response that actually solves the problem. She's fun to work with, enthusiastic, and brilliant at what she does.

YOU'LL KNOW BY THE END OF THIS
This is for you if...
You're already running a business that works. You've got clients, you've got offers, and you know what you do makes a difference. But the tech that's supposed to support your growth is holding you back instead.
Maybe you're doing things manually that should be automated. Copying across customer details, adding people to lists by hand, sending the same emails one by one; all jobs that are stealing your family time.
Maybe you've tried to fix it yourself. You've Googled the error messages, and you're still not sure it's working the way it should.
You don't need another platform. You don't need to learn more tech. You need someone who already knows it to come in, take it off your plate, and make it work.
Tash was sitting in a Parisian café on a 24 hour surprise birthday trip when a customer couldn't complete a purchase on her website. Instead of spending her precious few hours in Paris troubleshooting her payment provider, she messaged me. I tracked down the issue and got it sorted within the hour. She got to enjoy Paris. Her customer got access to what she'd paid for. And the sale didn't slip through the cracks.
That's what having someone in your corner actually looks like.
If you're ready for your business to run a bit more like that, you're in the right place.
THE DREAM
Wouldn't it be lovely to start your week knowing your tech is under control?
No more rabbit holes. No more lying awake wondering if that automation fired or if you forgot to update the landing page.
Instead you've got the headspace to focus on your clients, create from the heart, and actually enjoy the business you've built. And when you step away, whether that's for the school run, a spa day, or a last minute city break in Paris, you can be fully present. Because your tech and I have got it covered.

Emails that go out on time, every time, so your subscribers actually look forward to hearing from you and notice when it doesn't arrive.

You share your website link without hesitation, because you know it looks great, loads fast, and everything on it is current.

Sales that complete themselves. No back and forth. No chasing payments. No manual admin. The right thing happens automatically, without you lifting a finger.

And when something does go wrong, because occasionally it will, one message to me and it's sorted.
THE DETAIL
What tech support is included in Your Tech, My Problem?
After a decade of providing one-to-one support to over 70 small business owners, I know where the tech jams are that block your income (and your joy) and how to clear them.
I've put together three tiers based on what comes up again and again, from email marketing and website maintenance to complex automations. Each one includes a regular check-in so we're always aligned on what's getting done and why, and a monthly summary so you're always up to date with what's happening behind the scenes.
Not sure which one fits? No worries, we'll figure it out together on your free call.

NOT JUST ANOTHER TECH PERSON
Why small business owners choose to work with me
-
I get to know your business, not just your to-do list. I'm not here to tick boxes and then vanish off into the night like some kind of rogue IT contractor. The longer we work together, the more I understand how your business operates, so I can spot potential problems and suggest improvements you haven't thought to ask for yet.
-
I work with what you've got. I recommend MailerLite and WordPress because I know them inside out and they work brilliantly for small businesses. But if you're already set up on something else, I'm not going to make you start from scratch. I'll work with your existing platforms and make them do more for you.
-
I speak human, not tech. You'll never get a response from me so full of jargon that you'll have to sit with a cup of tea and Google open to decode it. You don't need to know why the automation broke or what was happening in the back end. You just need to know it's fixed and that I'm on it. What I will always tell you is what we're working on, what's been done, and what difference it's making to your business.
-
I'm proactive, not just reactive. Most tech support waits for something to break. I'm actively looking at what could work better for you, whether that's smarter automation, a simpler process, or a tool you didn't know existed. When I come across something that I think would work for you, I'll share it.
-
I run a business of one, too. I'm not an agency or a faceless support desk. I run my own solo business, so I understand the wins and the wobbles, the thrill when something clicks and the frustration when it doesn't. I'm right in it with you, not just working for you.
-
I'm your biggest cheerleader and I'll tell you when I think you need a day off. I want your business to succeed. I'll tell you when something you've created is awesome. I'll ask questions if something doesn't feel right. And after a decade of working with solo business owners, I've learned one thing for certain: we keep going long past the point we should have stopped. So of course, I'll sort your tech. But I'll also be the person reminding you to book the holiday, take the spa day, and step away from the laptop occasionally. Because a business that works for your life is the whole point.
don't just take my word for it
Lovely things my clients say about me...

Leila translates my WhatsApp messages and half-formed thoughts into something that actually sounds like me. She writes my weekly newsletters, runs my MailerLite automations and keeps Zapier ticking along in the background, so my open rates sit around 53%, way above what's normal for my industry. She's also brilliant behind the scenes: sorting the fiddly WooCommerce niggles, keeping the website up to date, and she even found a plugin so I can finally manage waitlists for my popular courses properly. I'm not doing this on my own anymore, I've got someone who takes my ideas and actually makes them happen.
Deb Day, Deb Day's Sewing Room

Before working with Leila my website was a complete mess. The time she has saved me has been off the scale, she makes everything so easy. Over the past three months, money has been steadily coming in from workshop bookings, which is a direct result of the weekly newsletters Leila creates for me,
Brenda Killigrew, IDC College

Leila has been so helpful with issues I was having with my WordPress website. There were many technical problems with the design and Leila helped with updates as well as making it easier for me to edit the site. She was able to pinpoint the issues and suggest affordable and quick solutions. I've just launched my first online course too and couldn't have done it without Leila's help. She is patient, knowledgeable and lovely to work with.
Christiane Kerr, Calm For Kids

Leila is approachable, patient, and explains things so clearly that she has given me the confidence to tackle tech tasks I would have previously avoided. I cannot recommend her highly enough
Anita Oberoi, Director, Headway Tuition Ltd

Leila is extremely helpful, understanding and insightful, and she really cares about giving great value service. She comes up with creative ideas for making good impressions on existing and potential clients."

WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Hello, I'm Leila.
In 2016, fed up of working as a finance manager making millionaires richer, I applied to work at an agency that managed virtual assistants. They turned me down. So I became one myself. I took the rejection and turned it into something that changed my life. Very Alanis Morissette of me.
Ten years and over 70 clients later, I provide tech support for small businesses, working with coaches, creatives, consultants and course creators, helping them get their tech sorted so they can get on with the work they actually started their business to do.
I run a solo business myself, so I know what it feels like when the tech to-do list is longer than the client work list, and the particular exhaustion of trying to figure something out at 10pm because it's the only quiet hour you had.

I bring a lot of energy to my work, not the polished, everything-is-fine kind, but the genuine kind that comes from actually loving what you do. I've been known to sit at my desk in full tech goblin mode, completely absorbed in solving a problem, ignoring all bodily functions until it's done. When the automation finally clicks into place, that's when I'll bust out the dance moves. Full Scary Spice energy. Leopard print optional but encouraged.
Your tech should give you freedom. That's what I'm here for.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Questions you probably have about tech support
£250 a month feels like a lot. How do I know it's worth spending on tech support?
Think about how many hours a month you currently spend on tech tasks; updating your website, scheduling emails, troubleshooting things that aren't working. Now think about what your time is actually worth.
Deb was adding customers to her email list manually late into the night after every sale. Now, the moment someone buys one of her courses, they're automatically added to the right group and receive every email they need, without Deb lifting a finger. Hours saved every single week, and her customers get a better experience too.
That's what having someone in your corner actually looks like. And for most of my clients, that peace of mind alone is worth more than the monthly investment.
I've worked with people before who took ages to get up to speed. Will that happen here?
I won't pretend there's zero onboarding. I'll need to get to know your platforms and how you work. But after a decade of working with small businesses across all kinds of industries, I get up to speed fast. Most clients tell me within the first month it already feels like I've been part of their business for years. That's partly experience, and partly because I ask the right questions from the start.
Can you provide tech support for platforms other than MailerLite and WordPress?
Absolutely. I recommend MailerLite and WordPress because I know them inside out and they work brilliantly for small businesses, but I'm not going to make you start from scratch if you're already set up elsewhere. I've worked across a wide range of platforms and I'll work with what you've got.
What if my needs change from month to month?
That's completely normal for a small business and it's why we have a regular check-in call. At the start of each month (quarterly for Keep It Running clients) we'll align on what's most important and make sure your time is going where it's needed most. If you consistently need more than your tier covers, we'll have an honest conversation about moving you up.
What if I start on Keep It Running and realise I need more later?
Moving up a tier is straightforward, we just review what you need at your next check-in and adjust from there. There's no penalty for changing and no awkward conversation to have. As your business grows, it makes sense that your support grows with it.
This sounds great but I have no idea where to start. What happens when I get in touch?
The first step is a free 30 minute tech chat with me. No obligation, no hard sell, just a conversation about where you are, what's not working, and whether we're a good fit. From there I'll recommend the tier that makes the most sense for your business and we'll take it from there. Most clients are up and running within a week of that first call.
Is there a minimum commitment?
I ask all new clients to start with a three month trial. In my experience that's the sweet spot; enough time for me to really get to know your business, build the right systems, and for you to see the difference it makes. Nobody has left at the end of three months yet, but it also gives you a natural review point if you want one.
Ready to stop doing it all yourself?
You can keep wrestling with tutorials until your eyes ache, adding "sort the tech" to your to-do list for the umpteenth time and lying awake at night wondering if you manually added that email address to the right group.
Or you can hand it to me, get your evenings back, and actually enjoy the business you've built, knowing you've got the right support in your corner.
Book a free 30 minute consultation and we'll figure out exactly what you need. No jargon, no obligation, just a conversation about your business and how I can help.
Not ready to book yet? That's fine. Come and find me on Instagram and see what I'm about first.
